Last week, I was unsuccessful at taking quiet moments to meditate. Even when I felt I needed it, I somehow seemed to busy to take 5 or 10 minutes to myself. This week I'm determined to make it happen. Tell me how your efforts turned out last week.

When someone asks you how you’re doing, what do you say? Do you give the traditional “I’m fine”? If so, why is that?
A friend once posted to social media that no one really wants to know how you’re doing when they ask. So, just say, “I’m good” and keep it moving.
I agree. But I’m done interacting in that way. Here’s why. I’ve spent a large part of my life pretending that everything was okay when it wasn’t. I’ve also learned the hard way that repressing emotions and going about life in a “business as usual” fashion is no healthier than eating junk food everyday. Ill feelings stay with you until you release them.
Now, if you ask me how I’m doing or how something is going, you will get the truth.
